The neighborhood is located in the southern part of Yeruham, adjacent to Nahal Shoalim to the south. The master plan for Yeruham aims to increase the town's population from approximately 8,000 to 20,000 residents by creating a compact desert settlement characterized by pedestrian movement and bicycle paths. The relocation of the IDF Training Base City (Ir HaBahadim) to the south presents an opportunity to attract a higher socio-economic population to the town by providing a high-quality neighborhood characterized by quality construction on "build-your-own-home" plots ranging from 500 to 700 square meters, and tiered construction up to 4 stories towards the central public open space (POS) that traverses the neighborhood. 20% of the residential units in multi-story buildings up to 4 stories are designated as "small apartments"—units up to 100 square meters, totaling 200 units out of the neighborhood's total. The uniqueness of the new neighborhood lies in its proximity to Nahal Shoalim to the south, with one of the river's channels forming a central park along the neighborhood's main axis, creating a green connection of pedestrian and bicycle paths, emphasizing shading and shade-providing vegetation. The neighborhood comprises 910 residential units, including: 322 detached houses, 198 ground-level garden apartments in multi-story buildings, and 390 units in multi-story buildings. Additionally, 108 "special housing" units will be constructed, bringing the total number of residential units in the neighborhood to 1,018.

The master plan for Yeruham aims to increase the town's population from approximately 8,000 to 20,000 residents by creating a compact desert settlement characterized by pedestrian movement and bicycle paths, features reflected in the proposed neighborhood plan. 20% of the residential units in multi-story buildings up to 4 stories are designated as "small apartments"—units not exceeding 100 square meters gross (excluding balconies), totaling 88 units out of the neighborhood's total. The uniqueness of the new neighborhood lies in its proximity to Nahal Shoalim to the south and one of its tributaries to the north, creating a surrounding park around the neighborhood and connecting all parts through green pedestrian and bicycle paths, with an emphasis on shading and shade-providing vegetation. The neighborhood comprises 677 residential units, including: 233 detached houses and 444 units in multi-story buildings (of which 111 are ground-level garden apartments).
